With over twenty-two years of selling experience and over twelve years in the estate sale business, Tracy Keltner and the Urban Potluck team have the expertise to handle any size estate. The team has deep roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and see it as their personal mission to help local families achieve the goal of emptying a home while maximizing the value.
Founded and owned by Tracy Keltner, Urban Potluck Sales is the culmination of her years of experience in business. She has a BBA in Business Management from Sam Houston State University as well as years of entrepreneurial experience. Tracy’s accomplishments include:
Named inventor on a patent for The Wrap Works Hair tool, Pat. # 5,806,538. Tracy sold her invention on both QVC and The Home Shopping Network.
Twenty-two years running her own eBay store, focusing primarily on designer and couture handbags and accessories.
Brokered and sold several small business inventories.
Sold items being held in receivership to help defrauded victims in legal proceedings.
Started Urban Potluck Sales after discovering a passion for estate sale selling.
